-Organize the construction, management of the Information Technology  infrastructure of the University.

-Organize the construction, development, and deployment of the Information Technology application of the University; Build, hire or buy, instruct and manage application software to ensure the synchronization and systematic of the system in the University.

-Cooperate and assist other units and departments to implement the computerization of management.

-Build and upgrade the online website of the University; cooperate with relevant units to update information.

-Consult, build information technology projects, participate in appraisal, technological acceptance when purchasing information technology devices, communication network or implementing investment projects in the Information Technology of the University.
